This is not a software deployment or a long consulting study. It is a targeted, high value review designed to deliver insight quickly.

We agree:
NDA.
Data sharing agreement.
Agree how findings are used.
You provide:
SCADA exports (flows, levels, energy, equipment status).
Laboratory data (key process parameters).
Details of downtime / scheduled maintenance activities.
Instrument and equipment lists with calibration information.
P&ID / PFD of your system.
Photos of the installation.
We can work with standard exports and can clean your data sets. No need for new systems or integrations.
Step 3 – Data Diagnostic (2 Weeks)
We carry out a structured analysis covering:
Process performance.
Capacity and loading.
Asset utilisation.
Process efficiency.
Step 4 – Insight & Review
We present our findings in a clear, concise format, including:
Key observations.
